4 tblsp. olive oil
1/2 pound scallops, diced
1/4 pound shrimp, diced
1/4 crabmeat, diced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. hot pepperflakes
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 1/2 tblsp. fresh lemon juice
Place 3 tblsp. olive oil in large skillet over high heat. Add seafood.
Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 min, stirring occasionally and careful not to overcook seafood.
Heat the remaining 1 tblsp in a saute pan over med-high heat. saute garlic and pepper flakes, moving pan continuously.
Immediately add the seafood and saute, moving continuously unitl almost cooked.
Sprinkle basil, tarragon and thyme over seafood. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
