Ok - so I've been getting creative with the ingredients that I'm allowed on the Bernstein diet and I have to say this one I'd eat even if I wasn't on the diet.
3.5 oz (100 grams) chicken breast cut into strips
1 tbsp President's Choice (or any) fat free mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp water
1/8 tsp curry powder
12 Christie Triscuit Crisp Thin crackers (the triangle ones)
Wisk mayo, water and curry powder together in a bowl.
Crush crackers to fine consistency in a sandwich bag.
Dip chicken strips into mayo mixture and then shake strip in bag of triscuit crumbs (one by one works best).
Place on try and bake in oven for 15 min at 350.
I like these with Frank's Red Hot Original hot sauce on the side, but any dipping sauce is good
1 serving protein, 2 servings bread, 1 misc (according to Bernstein diet)
