Buffalo Chicken

  • I made this today and it turned out awesome. Very simple and fast.

    olive oil
    2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized chunks.
    2 Tbsp butter
    1/2 of 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce

    Fry chicken in pan with a bit of olive oil, when they are done (mine only took about 10min to cook)

    With heat on low, add butter to pan, let melt and coat chicken with it.

    Add Frank's Hot Sauce over everything, and mix well.

    Scoop out of the pan with a slotted spoon.

    Serve with blue cheese dressing
