Talking I have a Turkey...........

And I am gonna cook it up.
It was a frozen one freebee from last year.

Here is my method and it turns out yummy.

oven 400 f.

Salt and pepper and some bells sesoning.
roast until the internal temp is safe (use a thermomiter)

baste it a couple of times.

It seems that
a turkey turns out great when there are no demands upon it and you ignore it.

Trust me, if this were a major holiday, it would be the worst ever and I would spend all day doting.

I came out great, and now we are enjoying turkey salad with smart balance mayo and cold turkey on baby greens.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
