I got this from my Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking book. It was delicious and something my family liked too!

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 8-oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon onion powder

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until coarsely chopped. Yeild 2 1/2 cups (per book)

Nutrition Values listed are: Serving size 2 Tablespoons. Cal. 34 Fiber (not listed) Fat (trace)

I went my these calculations and had 1/2 cup (which was alot) for 3 points. Next time though, I would take the time to calculate everything so I know for sure. And I don't have a food processer so I put the chicken, celery and onions through an electric chopper then mixed everything else with it. I have an old cast iron, clamp to the table food grinder that would have worked too. Enjoy!
