This is a yummy, healthy recipe that even my fiance likes
4 uncooked chicken breasts (diced into small pieces)
1 diced onion
Marinate with 1/4cup Lite Done Rite Italian Dressing, a sprinkle of garlic powder and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
Cover your BBQ grill w/ Tin foil and pour your marinate chicken on...cook until ... its cooked.
Serve in halved large Whole Wheat pitas with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onion. (my fiance likes to add some homemade Tzatziki Sauce)
makes about 6 pita halves for ~3pts each
