Good Friends Crispy Chicken 5 points per serving Makes 4 servings
Ppreheat oven to 400 degrees.
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 cups Kashi "Good Friends" cereal (or substitute GoLEAN)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4 breasts)
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
Grease baking pan with olive oil. Grind Good Friends cereal in food processor or blender until well ground. Cut chicken in 4 pieces. Dip chicken in egg substitute and then dredge through Good
Friends powder (coat generously). Place chicken on baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 breast
Calories 250, Fat cal. 50,Total Fat 6 g, Saturated Fat 1 g, Cholesterol 65 mg, Sodium 180 mg,
Total Carb. 24 g, Fiber 8 g, Sugars 6 g, Protein 30 g
