1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast meat
1/4 cup chopped onions
handful of diced Swiss cheese or low fat pepperjack
3/4 cup halved red grapes
mix top group together and then mix bottom group. finally blend them together.
option 1-pile high fresh spinach, top with chicken salad mix and then crumble turkey bacon on top
option 2-pile high steamed broccoli, then top with chicken salad
all very delish!
