package of lean ground turkey (usually 1.3lbs)
small chopped onion
2 chopped cloves of garlic
2 chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce(chopped)-found in mexican section
1 tbl chili powder
1 cup tomato sauce
WW tortilla wraps
shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc
Brown ground turkey for 2-3 min then toss in chopped onion and garlic to cook for another 3-5 min. Add in the chopped chipotle, chili powder and cup of tomato sauce. Heat through, add 1/2 cup or so of water to keep it moist.
Make taco wraps with your choices of toppings and this really spicy meat mixture.
Depending on the size of your wraps you could probably get 4-6 out of this.
