Another variation of the same thing.
1 clove garlic peeled and minced
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbs oil
1/3 cup sf peach preserves
1/4 tsp each of ground ginger and crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp soy sauce
1 roasted chicken
heat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet cook garlic and sesame seeds in oil 1 min stirring constantly. Stir in peach preserves, ginger and crushed red pepper and soy sauce, cook 2 min more. Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Brsuh mixture over entire bird. Heat 15 min.
