I had this at TGI Friday's before I started SB and I was pretty sorry I wouldn't be able to have it again. We actually figured out a version safe for phase 2.
Whole grain bread OR Flatbread (if you want it as a wrap)
SF Pepper Jelly
FF cream cheese
grilled chicken breast
Spread cream cheese and jelly on bread/flatbread, throw on chicken and jalepeno rings. Not high on veggies, but eaten with a big salad, it's good.
