Delicious with summer veggies, or on a piece of WW toast for Phase 2.
(adapted from Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals)
1 1/3 lb ground turkey
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 T curry powder
1 tsp chopped garlic (2 cloves)
salt and pepper
original recipe said throw them on the grill like this--I had problems with them not sticking together, I would add 1 egg white to help hold it together.
Shape into 6 small patties. Grill or broil until cooked through. Serve with SBD-OK BBQ sauce or condiment of choice. Serving size 2 patties.
