Sante Fe Pork Chops
1 T chili powder 1T cumin 1T black pepper 1 tsp salt Combine all igredients. Coat pork chops for really spicy, or spinkle on for a little spicy. Bake at 425 for 30-40 min or until done. Great with salsa. Probably also good on chicken. Save extra in sealed container for next time. |
Sounds great. I love spicy. I can't wait to give this a try. I have some pork chops in the freezer. May have to thaw and try tonight.

I love this! I put a dollop of low fat plain yogurt on top to help cool my mouth off.
