I saw this on the food channel "low Carb and Loving It" show. It called for a pork tenderloin, but turkey tenderloins were on sale so that's what I used. Mix 2 TBS dry jerk seasoning (w/o added sugar) with 1/4 cup canola oil. Rub in evenly all over the tenderloin. Bake in pam sprayed pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes. That's it! Easy as can be and it was REALLY good.
