I know there are SBD friendly spaghetti sauces out there. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I know they exist.
1 jar SBD friendly spaghetti sauce
6 tbsp low-fat grated parmesan cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups shredded low-fat mozarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Pour sauce into 13x9 baking dish. Stir in 4 tbsp parmesan cheese.
Add chicken; turn to coat evenly with sauce.
Cover w/ foil.
Bake 30 min.
Uncover and top with mozarella and remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake 5 min or until chicken is cooked through.
