This recipe originally called for pork ribs, but I suppose you could use tenderloin instead. I haven't actualy tried this yet, so let me know if you like it.
1 cup SBD friendly BBQ sauce
3 tbsp sugar-free orange flavored kool-aid mix
4 lbs pork
Preheat grill to medium-low heat (or oven to 350).
Mix BBQ sauce & kool-aid mix.
Place pork in the center of a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil (or baking dish is cooking in the oven). Spoon sauce over pork. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet. Leave room for heat to circulate inside. (Or cover baking dish with aluminum-foil.)
Grill (or cook) for 1 1/2 hours.
