Lightbulb Thai Inspired Sole

Hello everyone. I had some sole lying around tonite and didn't feel like spending much time making anything so i just threw some things together that i had lying around and made this great sauce. sorry i have no conception of size of ingredients... just experiment until you get the taste you like, that's what i did.

fat free sour cream
chopped cilantro
lime juice (or lemon juice)
minced garlic
cumin

i simply poured it over the sole after i seared and baked it but i'm sure it would work to 'marinate' the sole in the sauce or even sear it in the sauce then bake it, using the reserve sauce to put over it after its cooked.

let me know if anyone else tries/ likes this.

Cooking times and temperature would be helpful. It sounds good though and I have all that stuff on hand. Do you really need to sear and bake it too. It cooks very fast - 10 minutes per inch, I think.

yeah just searing it is fine. i usually cook it on a medium high temperature. this time i was using a rather thick piece of sole so i did both. (i seared it first because i wanted to add a little lime juice to the sole itself). for baking.... 350 degrees and just bake till it flakes easily. i'm no good with timing either (that's what happens when you become a cook..... you learn to look at things to see if they're done, not trust times...)

sorry i will try to provide more info on the next thing i come up with.
