Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
15 ounces no sugar added spaghetti sauce
1 egg -- slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano -- crumbled
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
15 ounces ff ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup ff shredded mozzrella cheese
6 slices lean deli roast beef -- thinly sliced
2 medium zucchini -- sliced

Preheat oven to 375. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of 8x12 pan. In a large bowl, combine egg, seasonings, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Spoon equal amounts of cheese mixture on 1 end of beef and roll up. Arrange seam side down in dish. Place zucchini along sides. Pour remaining sauce over rolls and zucchini. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 3 minutes more.

I bought the deli packaged 95% ff free beef and this made about 12 slices. It was really tasty.

I made these last night. My family LOVED them. I will definitely make them again!

Thanks!
