Default Island Spiced Salmon

Island Spiced Salmon

2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Twin
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 pounds salmon fillet

In a small bowl, combine the 1st five ingredients, mix well.
Rub over flesh side of fillet; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place skin side down in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish coated with non stick cooking spray.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serving Size : 8

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 140 Calories; 4g Fat (28.7% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 59mg Cholesterol; 338mg Sodium.

Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 3 Lean Meat; 0 Fat.
