Default Quick & Easy Chicken Parmesan - Phase I

I'll try posting this again, for some reason it didn't do it right.. or at all the first time.. perhaps a mod could delete the first one?

-------------------------------------------------
Quick & Easy Chicken Parm
A recipe from Kraft

26oz No Sugar Added Tomato Sauce

4-6 Chicken Breastes (Boneless/Skinless)

8 tbs Parmesan Cheese

LF Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 375

In an oven safe baking dish, 13x9, pour in the tomato sauce. Add 4 tbs of the parmesan cheese and stir carefully to combine. Place in the chicken, rotating a few times to coat both sides thoroughly. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the tinfoil and top with mozzarella cheese, as much as you'd like. Put back in the oven without tinfoil to bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.

After taking out the 2nd time, top with the remaining parmesan cheese and serve.

*Notes*

Depending on how thick your chicken is, you may need to bake initially for 35 minutes, it still may have some pinkness but when you put it back in for the remaining 10, it cooks fully.

I use Hunts No Sugar Added tomato sauce.. you can add tomato paste if you like your sauce thicker

This is great when accompanied by steamed asparagus

Enjoy

I would if I could find it!
(By the way, remember to use low fat Mozzarella.)
