I wanted something for Super Bowl Sunday to ignore the wings, chips etc. that others were having.
1 cooked chicken breast - cut into teeny pieces. Put in a mixing bowl.
2 Tbsp. non fat cream cheese
2 Tbsp. non fat sour cream
"some" (I didn't measure
) garlic powder, onion powder, chives, italian seasoning.
smoosh the above into the chicken.
I had this with thick strips of beautiful bell peppers, red, orange and yellow. I had it as my dinner, not as a snack.
