Any ideas on how to make something pizza resembling at home on phase 1? I was thinking of maybe baking a circle of cheese and adding the toppings after.

I've seen lots of recipes online for two versions that should work and been meaning to try both. One is with a base of portobello mushroom. The other has a base of mashed cauliflower. Google either with the word pizza and you'll find recipes.
you can make scrabbled eggs. try and keep the eggs pan shaped and flat. then put tomato sauce(homemade from tomato paste so it has no sugars) and cheese on top.
