Default Cobb Salad Wrap

I put this together today with some ingredients I had on hand, and it turned out amazing!

Makes: 2
2 Large Boston Lettuce Leaves
2 Chicken Tenders
SF Chicken/Poultry Seasoning (your choice)
1 Avocado, sliced lengthways into eighths
2 Slices Turkey Bacon
Blue Cheese Dressing

Put chicken tenders in a nonstick skillet and sprinkle on both sides with seasoning. Cook over medium-high heat until cooked all the way through. Meanwhile, crisp the bacon in the microwave--about 1 1/2 minutes for two slices. Allow chicken to cool slightly, then assemble wraps (1 chicken tender, 1 piece of bacon, an avocado slice, and a lettuce leaf). Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

This was super quick and delicious! You can also adjust the recipe to make more/fewer of the wraps. I had wraps for dinner, but you could do one for lunch or even a snack.

Just make sure not to overdo it on the blue cheese dressing
