This flank steak is just about the simplest, most delicious piece of meat I've ever eaten!
1 large flank steak
Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
1/2 cup (or so) reduced sodium soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. Sriracha hot sauce
Put the steak in a large ziploc and add the marinade ingredients. Marinate for at least
12 hours, preferably longer.
When the steak is done marinating, sprinkle it with Mrs. Dash.
When you're ready to grill the steak, you can do it inside on a grill pan or outside on the grill (I do it on the grill pan). Your pan needs to be smokin'
hot. Once the pan is hot, I spray on a little Pam and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side (less if you're doing it outside on the grill). This will yield a medium rare steak, so if you like it differently, adjust your cook time accordingly.
