Default Picadillo Wraps

I am not too sure how to post in the recipe section so here it is. This is nothing special most of you probably make this already but I just did and loved it so I thought I'd share with you.

SBD picadillo wraps

Brown 1 lb ground white turkey
cut and add about 1 half yellow onion
1 tomato (I used roma)
1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
about 1 tsp ground comino (cumin)
1/2 green bell pepper
fresh cilantro (use your judgement) I'd say about 1 palm full
salt and pepper to taste.
(I like to add about 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper to add some spice!

Wrap it up in a piece of lettuce and top with FF cheddar cheese.

That sounds great!

When you post in the recipe section, it has to get approved by a moderator before it actually shows up, so that might be where the confusion was. As soon as a moderator checks it over, it's posted in the recipes section.

Thanks for sharing!!!
