Default Slim Fast Optima?

Does the slim fast plan work and what are the risks of regaining the weight back?

I did Slim-Fast back in 2001 and it really works.

It is also great for convenience. I recently bought the Optima drink and started the plan yesterday. I bought the French Vanilla pre-made shakes. I had one yesterday and it was really good - just serve it ice cold.

Also, the Slim-Fast plan really isn't just "two shakes and a meal."

Shake and small lunch

It is great for structure. I am just drinking one shake a day, for lunch, because I am so busy.

Good luck!

We asked about slimfast in one of our diet surveys last year, and based on that plus various articles I've read elsewhere, I would have to say that slimfast probably works best for people that only have a few pounds to lose. It has a very high failure rate because it's difficult to maintain the weight loss later.
