Has anyone tried/heard of this? The book is published by Rodale & the diet is not one of those "fake scam" things. But I was just wondering if anyone here has tried it and if so, how is it (did it) work out for you?

I haven't tried it but I believe a few people have. I did look at it and it seems to focus on whole foods, which is good. It is also aimed at men, who have an seemingly amazing ability to lose weight faster than women because of their larger muscle mass. The book I read and following is "Superfoods RX" which makes similar recommendations as the Abs Diet but also includes WHY you should eat certain foods.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
