I haven't tried it but I believe a few people have. I did look at it and it seems to focus on whole foods, which is good. It is also aimed at men, who have an seemingly amazing ability to lose weight faster than women because of their larger muscle mass. The book I read and following is "Superfoods RX" which makes similar recommendations as the Abs Diet but also includes WHY you should eat certain foods.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
