Anyone have any experience or thoughts on this one? It is a machine that helps isolate the obliques. SharperImage dot com sells it. There is a video on the web page; the Love Handler was developed by Dan Isaacson, a celebrity fitness trainer.

Time and time again, crunches are the best things that you can do for your abs. You don't need any fancy machines although if you do want equipment, a ball is also effective at helping you do various ab exercises.

Love handles aren't flabby muscle, they are fat. You can tighten the muscles under your fat but still the fat will remain unless you burn it off.
