Anyone tried Bun & Thigh Roller?

Has anyone tried the bun & thigh roller? I borrowed my friends' and I've only been doing it 3 days now for 5 minutes a day. She swears she had been doing 5 minutes a day for 3 weeks and has dropped a dress size! :o I want to know what everyone else has experienced before I go by my own.:?:
