I just bought some at Rite Aid because it was buy one get one 50% off this week. But all my research on them brings me back to the old idea of eating healthy and exercise and you will lose weight. They are another supplement to give ya that boost to get there. I just took two, and I have that light headed caffine feeling. I will post my progress after a week or so of taking them.

Okay took them all last week, and I too noticed that I am not hungry when taking them. I do as the directions say and take two before breakfast and then two more 6 hours later. Only thing I noticed is last week I got incrediably groggy tired around 3'ish in the afternoon, to the point I had to take a nap (for my lunch hour at work, ugh) or else I was going to fall asleep at my desk. I am not sure if that is from the pills or the fact that I also was exercising every night that week, and this is just my body adjusting to having to burn more calories during the day.

I will report out again after this week and let you know if anything changes.

Another week, and although I did lose 2 lbs, I don't think it is in credit to Fahrenheit. It really is due to the fact that I am consuming between 1200-1500 calories a day and exercising daily (or trying to). I didn't take any this past weekend, and I ate BADLY and ended up gaining - not good. But yesterday I ate decently again (with no pills) and today I was back down on the scale. This morning I did take two to try and curb my appeatite, and today has been WAY better on the eating already. So I am going to say that it does help with the munching.

I will continue to report out after yet another week.

I have tried Fahrenheit-I took it for about a month and a half. I didn't lose a pound. I also noticed the groggy feeling in the afternoon-I have tried almost every pill on the market and I know that feeling-it's a caffiene crash. When you take large quantities of caffeine, your body burns all of your energy like an artificial fuel, and when that runs out it's like running out of gas. Caffiene does not work as a diet aid. I'm giving up on pills altogether. The only ones I've ever used that worked are no longer on the market. I'm gonna do it the hard way now, but I am going to try to supplement with apple cider vinegar. My mom has always used it on and off and keeps her weight down, and I've read that it's good for lots of general health issues. Good luck ladies!

I tried it not too long after the commercials started... around July. I took 2 doses and then threw it out. I got the worst headache and nausea that I've ever had, with the exception of the one time I was put on a morphine drip after a surgery.

It took about 2 days for the horrid feeling to go away... I don't know why I responded to it that way, but I wasn't about to take anymore. I felt like I was going to die. I've tried other stuff, such as Trimspa, and haven't had this reaction. I hope everyone else has a better experience than mine!

You get groggy because you take the pills, get that surge, and then you crash and burn, same with a sugar high. Also, if you are hungry and your belly is growling... eat. If you just want to eat, just because you want to eat, then get some gum. Just the act of chewing helps me out. Not eatting when you are hungry can hurt your metabolism, and actually cause your body to hold onto fat instead of letting it go.

I wish I was too.

But I'm 99.9% sure she never took a diet pill in her life.

Isn't that sick how those commercials suck you in? I'm a completely logical person who knows without a doubt that these pills don't work. Yet those commercials even make ME find myself going "hmm... I wonder..." before I slap myself for even thinking it.

Should be illegal.

I have stopped taking them. Didn't really notice any "help" and the crash and burn feeling sucked. So that is my conclusion.
