I had a subscription to Fit Magazine (published my Goodman Media Group). I have had the subscription for a number of years (at least 3 years). I was very happy with the subscription and the magazine until about 6 months ago. My issues of the magazine were coming later and later (weeks after the stores had the magazine), I called to complain and was told that it was a problem that they were working on. Since I enjoyed the magazine I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well I finally cancelled when the store had the next issue (bi-monthly magazine) and I still did not have mine. I wrote a letter and I called customer service cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund. That was about 3 months ago. I still have not received my refund or any issues, I called several times and was told that the check was going to be sent out. Now when I call I do not even get an answer. I thought maybe there were out of business however they are still selling issues to the stores. I am angry however all I can do at this time is advise others of the practices of this company (it costs more to sue to get my money back then I am owed). Please be very careful when dealing with this company.
