Colonics??? Has Anyone Tried This???
 

I was just reading about how doing a colon cleanse can help drop lots of weight. Has anyone tried this and did it work? Thanks in advance.

Colonics must be being hyped (again - they seem to crop up as a weight loss nostrum every 15 years or so, then the hype dies down when people find out they don't work) because we just had another thread on this topic recently...which you can find here.
