Smile Idiot Proof Diet

Hi I'm new and enjoying reading all the posts. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Idiot proof diet. I am going to start today and would appreciate any info. I've tried everything else so I thought I would give it a shot. Thanks...Julie

I just want to say that I am on that diet right now... and using WW at the same time. I LOVED that they gave me the choice of foods and I LOVED that they created my menu for me.. whether it's recycling calories I don't know..but I lost 6 lbs the first 11 days and another 4 so far. I have been eating healthy and keeping track of WW points to be sure I get close to my point range. It's working for me!

Default It does work...

I am on this diet now and I haven't yet finished my first 11 days. Right now I am on day 9 and have lost a total of 13 lbs I am sure that as the weeks go on and the less weight that I have to lose that I will lose weight a slower pace.

I have read quite a few reviews about it and they all say it works. I am not sure why there is such a negitave view about it. I like it but you have to have amazing will power. So far so good for me. Im taking it one day at a time.

That one is decent. There aren't a lot of meal options though... I like *******.com better.
