Default FUZE drinks

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows anything about FUZE drinks. My boss swears by them, but this is also the same woman that "loses 9lbs" by eating fried chicken & ice cream.(By the way I haven't noticed any weight loss!) They are suppose to be healthy & provided minerals/vitamins. I was wondering if they truly were healthy or do they have the same nutrional value as fried chicken?
Thanks!!

They also have "diet" ones with no sugar, but they sure as heck aren't going to make you lose weight on them alone. I believe they have less than 20 calories so they won't hurt you. They are spendy though so I would just stick to water and have one everyone once in awhile as a treat type thing. JMO though.

The diet white tea was weak, not very tasty - 0 calories though. I also tried the ornage-mango - 10 calories/serving...it was tasty.
