Does anyone know if the books on facial exercises for firming
facial muscles are any good. I'm considering buying one to get rid of bags under eyes and jowls and firm up chin line but don't know if these really work.
1) Lose 20 Pounds by the January 9th (1st Cruise of the year)
2) Lose 10 Pounds by February 19th (Convention in New Orleans)
3) Lose 20 Pounds by May 9th (2nd Cruise of the year)
4) Lose 50 Pounds by Dec 12th (3rd Cruise of the year)
