I haven't but I know a few people who have and I can give you my general overview.

It is an MLM so it depends on people to sell it to their friends.

It relies on pseudoscience and very low calorie diet.

It is not something I would recommend and if you have friends selling it, I'd just tell them no thank you.

I was going to keep quiet.

But it does look dreadful and unsustainable.

If it is just supplements and no real food then that is bad.

And you can buy the same supplements elsewhere at lower cost. It looks like they are using whey protein, tart cherry juice etc. just under different names with branding.

You could go to any health food store and pick up equivalent products at a fraction of the price I am sure.

Yea I do have friends selling it... and it didnt look like a great idea to me.. living off shakes for 10 days but I figured I would ask, they are a couple, the guy lost 15 lbs and kept it off, the woman lost like 10 and then gained it back... I think I will stick with my healthy food lifestyle change and going to the gym 4x a week... thanks
