I think for me, it is about forming the good habits too- and I think this program has helped with that. I NEVER ate veggies before, very rarely fruit. It's nice having the visual of what I should eat- like how many servings of protein or veggies versus carbs. I'm honestly not sure why, but the containers are a game changer for me. Maybe it's just psychological, or maybe I was just ready for the change.
The exercise program is nice too. It's only 30 minutes every day. They are all pretty tough for me right now, but not impossible with the modifier.
