Default Juice plus

Hi, first of all I have read the online studies that they have posted 'supporting' their claims. My question is not about what it does but more what it is. Preferably from people who have actually used it.

The name Juice implies to me that it is a juicing diet. i.e replacing means with juice drinks. however all I can find are some pills that are ground up dehydrated veg and fruit.

Is this it? i.e do you just take what essentially look like very expensive vitamin pills? Or have I missed something somewhere.

I want opinons of people who have actually tried it to explain what it is, I don't want to ask the company or a rep as I'm not interested in the sales speak.
