In my internet travels I have repeatedly seen lymphatic massage recommended for post body lift/contouring procedures to help with blood flow, and to "restore tone and firmness to tissues". This made me wonder if it could help with weight loss, so I dug around a little bit and found it was recommended for individuals who had plateaued.
So I figured I would ask here if anyone has pursued lymphatic massage as an aid in weight loss?
Don't get me wrong, I know it's not a solution, nor do I think I have found a miracle that will allow me to sit on my butt while eating fast food and drinking beer and still lose 150 pounds.
I am just curious as to whether or not it'd be worth the investment of $83 a massage to help move things along and maybe lessen a chance for extensive surgery.
