I just purchased the book Body for Life for Women
by Pamela Peeke. It's a 12 week challenge with an exercise plan that alternates cardio, upper body, lower body/abs. You exercise 6 days a week (3 days cardio and 3 days weights). There is also a guideline for what foods to eat with each meal and snack.
Has anyone here followed this program? Any info is appreciated! I'm getting married in November and have been trying to lose weight while battling thyroid disease.
