Wondering if anyone is on this plan. I've read some pretty incredible things about it - people are losing weight. I just borrowed the book from the library. It's huge - 600 pages. going to sit down and attempt to read through some of it.
I wonder if it's too good to be true. How strict do you have to be to get the results I'm seeing people talk about? I'm not one for taking supplements so that part would be out.
