Ab circle pro your experiences

I've just bought an ab circle pro and have been using it between 7-15 minutes a day. I'm feeling a burn in my triceps and now, day 4, I am finally feeling a bit sore in the abdominal area. What are other's experiences? Anyone have any good tips for using it?:carrot:
