I've occasionally used Somersweet. Some people experience an unpleasant after taste. DH doesn't like it, but I don't mind it. I tried baking with it, but it doesn't mix very well. I tried making cranberry sauce with it, and some areas of the sauce were overly sweet, and some very tart. It also tends to get hard in the container if you don't keep it in the refrigerator with the lid on tight. There is one ingredient, I think it's called Ace-K, or something like that, that some people were concerned about. I prefer to use Splenda, it's cheaper, mixes well, and both DH & I like the taste.
