I had posted this on the fitness part and no reply yet, so decided to ask here if I get better input.
I was wondering if a mini cycle (portable one) has a better effect that those bikes at the fitness centers? I am planning on getting a mini cycle to add on my home gym, since I can not afford to attend a gym due of my home duties.
Just wanted to know if some folks using one and losing...Thank you for any feedbacks.
