Has anyone tried African mango extract? I thought it was a scam, but I now see it being sold in stores by mainstream vitamin brands and a little more reasonably priced so I'm thinking of trying it. If you tried it please share your experience (does it control cravings and such, brand you took, how much a day?, etc...)

I take futurebiotics 150 mg. I only take one a day feel great you are supposed to take 2 per day.

I looked it up and it appears there were 2 studies, both in Cameroon in the past 4 years. Both studies were extremely small which really means that further study is required. It appears that it is high in fiber, which can help make you feel full and contains some vitamins. Although I see recommendations that you shouldn't take it for more than 4 weeks at a time, it doesn't necessarily look harmful but then again, caution is always recommended.
