Question Herbal Magic Anyone?
I keep seeing these ads on tv for herbal magic..and im just wondering if anyone has tried it and succeeded.. Do you know what the diet consists of? Is it low fat? or high protein? Whats the makeup of it?

I did it for just a little over 7months, it didn't really work for me.
