HCG Ultra Diet Drops
 

Has anybody try the HCG Ultra Diet Drops???

I'd like some more info on this as well. I have a co-worker who swears this stuff works.

I'm a bit of a skeptic because what it's really doing is charging you sometimes upwards of $60 for some citrus drops and a dangerously low 500 calorie meal plan! Anyone eating just 500cal would lose weight of course so I'm thinking.....save the money, do calorie regulation on your own. That being said, I'm almost positive that they also suggest minimal exercise with this because if you DO follow the diet there is no way you would have the strength to exercise on top of it.

Anyone who's tried it, I'd love to know more than what I've read in the manuals/from other users.

THE ONLY, and i mean ONLY reason it works, is because you are eating 500 calories a day!!!
should i repeat that?
500 CALORIES A DAY.. of COURSE you will lose weight, fat, wwater, muscle mass, your sanity, etc.
should you choose to eat so little is it very unwise to exercise... not because you "wont have the strength" but becasue you can cause SERIOUS hormonal distrurbances you will have to deal with the rest of your life (for example, losing your period, teaching your body to metabolically adapt very quickly,on ANY diet, so youll have a VERY hard time losing weight again in the future) These are just examples

Yep - 3FC does not support HCG plans, because they come with a drastic, unhealthy low calorie level.
