I know this post is old, but anyway..
I've tried CLA myself a year or so ago, and gave up after a short time. After reading an article from a nutritionist/personal trainer that stated:
CLA when tested on rats showed the rats not taking CLA had a noticeably larger amount of abdominal fat than the rats who were taking CLA. However, when the study was used on humans, there was no difference.
However, CLA is supposted to prevent certain cancers.
So is CLA bad for you? no. But will it help you lose weight? unlikely.
Diet and excercise are the safest amd easiest way!
