I love hypnosis tracks to listen to before I go to sleep, it really helps me go right to sleep which is something I struggle with on a daily basis. I have recently heard good things about Erick Browns Extreme Weight Loss and Self Esteem album, so I was wondering if anyone had listened to this, does it work?
I haven't listened to Eric Brown specifically but have listened to some on youtube and I think that it works. I can't say 100% because you know I am eating different and exercising. But the nights I listen I do feel a bit more motivated the next day.

I tried hypnosis and also tried flashing messages at myself using a product called My Desktop Therapist at the same time, as well as trying EFT. I felt it helped with making healthier food choices and getting my butt off the sofa to exercise but it wasn't enough to take off the 20 lbs I really need to lose. I lost a few pounds in the beginning but got stalled. I did it consistently for about 3 months. I'm still flashing messages at myself while working on the computer but haven't been doing the hypnosis or EFT lately. Although I should go back to the hypnosis because it was very relaxing and helped me with my sleep issues significantly. I would recommend it be combined with other efforts. I don't think alone it can take of the last stubborn pounds. Be sure to share your results if you try it and have success. Some hypnosis tracks might be more successful than others. I'll look up on my computer later which ones I was using and let you know.
