So I Paid 50 Bucks For These Nuts...you Have To Cut Them Into Eighths And Boil Them To Make A Kinda Tea With The 1/8 Piece. So Far In A Week I Have Lost 10 Lbs...i Am Feeling Fuller, Not Eating As Much/i Have Lost The Urg To Eat.

Has Anyone Else Done This Diet? I Dont Want To Get My Hopes Up

Please don't take these! The reports online are bad and some countries have banned them because they are toxic. Here is a good review of them.

Other things I've read say they are a laxative and an irritant. It is often used in soap and what not but should really not be eaten. I imagine that is why you have to cut it up.
